系統化建構中醫護理訓練遠距教學自學系統(2-2)

本計劃目的為利用慈濟技術學院現有之遠距教學平台與教學支援服務系統，開設中醫基本護理訓練網路課程，使護理人員能在不影響現職與節省受訓成本的情況之下，依照個別情況，修習中醫護理基礎訓練網路課程，提昇中醫護理服務品質，全程計劃規劃為二年。
本計劃工作重點及方向為
1.編製中醫基本護理訓練網路課程教材。
2.建置多媒體網路教學系統，提供遠距教學諮詢與服務。
3.培訓教師具備遠距教學與教材製作能力，提升網路教材製作之能力。
4.宣導中醫基本護理訓練網路課程，提供學員另一修習中醫護理知能管道，有效節省人員集體訓練時間及成本。
5.分年開辦中醫基本護理訓練網路課程。
6.辦理學員學習反應評量與滿意度調查，作為業務改進參考依據。
第一年已完成工作：
1.完成多媒體網路教學平台連結，網址：elearning.tccn.edu.tw
2.辦理教師遠距教學與教材製作訓練共18小時。
3.編製網路課程教材二科目含中醫學概論、針灸護理學。
4.辦理網路課程宣導活動(含：網路宣導、報名表以公文方式郵寄各醫療院所及學術單位、研討會會場海報張貼宣導)。
5.辦理中醫基本護理訓練網路課程中醫學概論( basic concepts in Traditional Chinese Medicine)、針灸護理學(acupuncture nursing)開課。
第二年預計完成目標：
1.編製中醫基本護理訓練網路課程教材二科目，含中藥學概論(Introduction to Traditional Chinese Pharmacology) 1學分、藥膳學(Traditional Chinese Medicated Diet )1學分。
2.辦理遠距課程宣導活動
3.網路課程開課二個科目，含中藥學概論、藥膳學。
全程計畫為兩年，預計至97年12月31日前能完成以下項目：
1.完成與多媒體網路教學平台連結，網址：elearning.tccn.edu.tw
2.編製完成中醫基本護理訓練網路課程教材四科目五學分。
3.辦理中醫基本護理訓練遠距課程宣導活動。
4.中醫基本護理訓練網路課程開課共四科目五學分，含中醫學概論、針灸護理學、中藥學概論、藥膳學。

Systemic construction the web online autonomous learning system of basic Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nursing training(2-2)

The aim of this project is systemic construct the web online autonomous learning system of basic TCMN training based on the existed long-distance teaching facility and platform provided by Tzu Chi College of Technology. This project enables nursing practitioners not only reducing their training cost but also remaining their current jobs uninfluenced. This project is a two-year plan. Nursing practitioners could accord their own situations to participate and learn TCMN to improve the quality of Traditional Chinese Medical Nursing Care.
The strategy of this project is as following:
1. Writing and standardizing the basic TCMN training teaching norm of the online autonomous learning course.
2. Constructing the multimedia network tutoring systems and offering teachers long-distance teaching consults and services.
3. Training teachers’ skills to write and compose long-distance teaching course contents, and enhancing their capabilities to complete course contents themselves.
4. Promoting TCMN online autonomous learning systems and courses, and providing a new way for participated learners by improving the training efficiencies and reduced cost.
5. Creating and opening TCMN online autonomous learning courses annually.
6. Conducting participated learners’ learning response and satisfaction investigation as a basis to improve TCMN online autonomous learning systems and courses.
