台灣市售中藥及青草藥農藥殘留之調查研究(2-2)

青草藥於民間時有誤用情況發生，因多無典籍記載，且青草藥店不列管，使得青草藥業者一直是醫藥管理上的一大隱憂。民眾使用青草來治療疾病，長久以來已是存在的事實，目前國內是以食品來管理，唯其中是否有農藥殘留值得重視。部份中藥近年來也有農殘檢出之報導，唯為確保治療疾病時，使用的安全性，宜進一步進行相關管理及檢測。
本研究分二年進行，每年擬收集台灣各地10家青草藥店之常用10種青草藥，以氣相層析儀進行有機氯農藥殘留檢測。另為建立中藥的農藥殘留背景值研究及限量標準，本計畫每年也赴台灣各地中藥店收集10家常用之11種中藥，進行有機氯農藥殘留檢測。二年共進行台灣常用20種青草藥及22種中藥之有機氯農藥殘留檢測。
本年度選擇艾草、蚌蘭、筆仔草（金絲草）、一枝黃花、白花馬齒莧、紅田烏（蓮子草）、虎杖、絞股藍、牛軛草（肝炎草）、煮飯花頭等10種青草藥及貝母、延胡索、金銀花、香附、黨參、川芎、柴胡、續斷、玄參、知母、白芍等11種中藥，以氣相層析儀進行有機氯農藥之殘留檢測，並將二年實驗結果歸納分析，以提供中醫藥委員會對未來對青草藥管理及中藥之農殘限量標準值之參考。

Studies on the Pesticide Residue of Chinese Crude Drugs and Green Herbs in Taiwan (2-2)

Green herbs had been used in Taiwan as folk medicine for a long time. Poisoning due to misuse had been reported occasionally. No many documented reference are available on the use of green herbs. Currently, the green herb stores were not regulated by the health authorities, however, if any poisoning cases were reported, the Health Bureau still be the target to be blamed by the general public. Many people still use green herbs to treat diseases. Therefore the safety of the green herbs, particularly the pesticides residue contents are of great concern of the general public. In recent years pesticides residue were detected from some Chinese crude drugs. For safety concern, it is worthwhile to analyze the reaidue content of both green herbs and Chinese crude drugs.
This two-year project will collect 10 commonly used green herbs from 10 green herb stores around the island every year and analyze their organochlorine pesticide residue content by gas chromatography. Additionally, 11 commonly used Chinese crude drugs from 10 herb stores will also be selected and be analyzed their organochlorine pesticide residue content by gas chromatography every year. A total of twenty green herbs and twenty-two Chinese crude drugs will be analyzed.
The results will be provided to the Committee of Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy, Department of Health as reference for establishing the limit of pesticide residue in green herbs and Chinese crude drugs.
