建構中西醫合作住院醫療模式

本計畫旨在建構中西醫合作住院醫療模式。選擇慢性肝炎急性發作、肝硬化、急性腦血管疾病恢復期、腰椎神經根病變、以及退化性關節炎作為研究範圍，設立臨床路徑、療效評估方式、中西醫藥併用模式、護理照護常規等；同時訓練住院醫師及實習醫師的臨床技能；並提出成本分析，以及中西醫合作住院治療執行之困難度與可能之阻力，作為未來制訂醫療與保險政策的參考。

The aid is to construct the joint model of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in hospitalization. We design the clinical routes, evaluation ways of the treatment effects, and rules of nursing management for acute exacerbation of chronic hepatitis without jaundice, liver cirrhoisis withput hepatic encephalopathy, subacute phase of acute stroke, lumbar radiculopathy, and osteoarthritis. We also analysis the cost, difficulty, and resistences of the joint model of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in hospitalization.
