中醫婦科住院之推動及優質照護之相關研究 (2-2)

中醫住院的有無將影響各專科中醫師的培育制度與人才的養成，為了台灣中醫要能現代化、國際化，爭取中醫住院制度，勢在必行，相關於中醫住院的軟、硬體應配合中醫的理論及看病的習慣，以及一連串標準化的醫療照護工作需要建立，應及早作規劃。胎前、產後、乳病等中醫婦科疾病之中藥治療調理是華人文化社會的特殊行為，然而卻無一套完善的作業標準，導致許多違背中西醫學的偏差行為與措施出現。依據已建置胎前、產後、乳病住院病人中西醫婦產科調治的模式，針對各中西醫整合胎前、產後、乳病照護之療效、安全性、中西藥物之使用及組成、用量、使用時間等進行評估。於住院期間除身體檢查，尚量測heart rate viability等量化資料外，尚運用WHOQOL-BREF生活品質量表、胎前、產後、乳病各疾病特殊問卷、不良反應問卷及中醫體質分型問卷收集，以評估療效及安全性，並收集這些疾病之證型分類。所有住院期間的不良作用、檢驗數質等及療效將列入統計。結果將能完成40位中醫婦科證型分類與用藥之追蹤觀察型臨床研究，研究成果將能提供爭取中醫住院制度有力的實證資料，並且可作為中醫婦科教學上學生信賴的客觀實證論據。

The Study of Healthcare Quality for Gynecological Inpatient Use Traditional Chinese Medicine (2-2)

The hospitalization in TCM may affect the cultivation of TCM Specialist a lot. In order to modernize and internationalize TCM in Taiwan, hospitalization in TCM is bound to be a key issue. The software and computer hardware in TCM should be fit with the theory of TCM and customs in diagnosis of TCM. Moreover, a series of standardization of medical cares should be constructed and planed early. In the first year, the study plans to purchase and adjust the software and hardware that the gynecology in TCM needs and formulate directions of the medical cares and drug taking.Furthermore, diseases will be analyzed and classified by TCM patterns in patients’ admission and discharge and according to the handbook of gynecology in TCM that have already published in 2003, we will edit the new handbook in which evidence-based gynecology in TCM will be include. This handbook will be a material for spread the gynecology in TCM. In this study, we plan to enhance the quality of medical care of patience in gynecology in TCM, the quality of life and the measurement of curative effect. These two steps will complete the pattern-differentiation in gynecology in TCM and the follow-up Safety and effectiveness of TCM therapies. The result of research can provide the powerful evidence-based information to strive for the hospitalization in TCM and the information can be the objective and reliable material in teaching.
