互動式線上中醫診斷平台之建置基準研究

我們在前期(97年度)所執行之衛生署中醫藥委員會計畫，已規劃發展一套「中醫診斷科學化網路教育訓練之資料庫及平臺」，主要是結合中醫舌、聞診等各診斷理論，將原有的觀念與知識，配合舌象、語音等的錄製與分析方法，將原始訊號、經分析後的量化數據及醫師的診斷結果作整理，建立各種類別的中醫診斷科學化之資料庫，並以資料庫內的資料為訓練材料開發網路教育訓練平台，透過網路提供學生或臨床人員作自我學習及學習效果評估並可作互動式的討論。而我們今年所提計畫則會著重於與臨床結合，其研究目的旨在建置互動式線上中醫診斷平台，訂立資料庫建置標準、系統介面標準，以及互動式平台功能，使其具備線上資料挖掘、資料比對，以及資料評估之功能，建立一套醫師與資料庫、醫師與醫師(社群)間相互學習與線上輔助診斷之互動式平台。

Development of Interactive On-line Diagnostic Platform Standards for Traditional Chinese Medical Diagnosis

In our previous research project of Committee on Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy, Department of Health, we have developed a database and web-based platform of technical education training for objective traditional Chinese medical diagnosis. The main purpose of that research was to integrate theories of tongue and auscultation diagnoses in Chinese medicine and heart rate variability (HRV) with the knowledges and concepts we have gained in our previous researches. Three kinds of data (include tongue images, speech signals, and heart rates) were organized by quantifying and analyzing these bio-signals and diagnosing from clinical physicians. According to the results of integration, three kinds of database for objective traditional Chinese medical diagnosis have been established. Furthermore, a technical education training web platform has been developed base on the database. In the research project of year 2009, we will focus on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis in both theories and clinical practice. The main purpose of this research is to develop an online interactive Chinese medical diagnosis on web platform and set up the standards of database and system interfaces. With the interactive web diagnostic platform, functions of online data mining, data matching and data evaluation will be provided. It’s expected to establish an interactive web-based diagnostic platform which contains online diagnosis assistance and mutual learning mechanism between clinical physicians and databases, also among clinical physicians (i.e., e-community).
