中醫五臟體質量表之發展(2)

中醫體質分類包括整體性及部位性分型，在先前之研究中我們進行整體性體質分型量表發展之研究，確認經由科學量表研發之方式可使傳統中醫之測量客觀化，為更完整測量中醫體質分型，我們認為亦應進行部位體質（五臟）量表之發展。本研究目的乃在建立五臟體質評估初量表。研究依照整體性體質研發經驗分為二年計劃，第一年之研究進度乃通過文獻考查，歸納出五臟體質徵候項目。第二年進度採用德爾菲法，由中醫專家做五臟體質的分型及徵候歸類，再將這些徵候發展成評估初量表。本年度研究工作在彙整中醫典籍及期刊論文中有關五臟體質特徵之主觀資料，並利用德爾菲專家效度進行五臟體質分型特徵之研究，預計完成五臟體質分型外顯變數之選定，以建立中醫五臟體質量表之測量項目。五臟體質量表可配合陰陽氣血之整體體質量表提供醫療人員客觀評估人體體質之工具，有助於中醫臨床及研究疾病防治的推展，促進中醫現代化，更希望藉此量表做為保健介入性研究之評估工具，促進健康政策之推展。

The purpose of this study is to develop Five Zang Constitutional Scale of Traditional Chinese Medical (CSTCM). A primary scale will be established in the first year. In this year, the scale will be tested by 1,200 subjects who feel him (or her) self is a normal constitution, in order to establish the scale of constitutional validity and internal consistency reliability, test-retest reliability. The five zang constitutional scale of Traditional Chinese Medical provides the health team an objective evaluate tool in subject’s evaluation. It also improves the nurses in caring the individual health care and education on health issues. Further more, it could be an invasive assessment tool in promoting the health strategies.
