研議「建構中西醫臨床整合研究及教育平台」之架構及可行方案

上個世紀後期，作為互補與替代醫療之天然藥物研究形成國際醫學研究之熱門議題，尤其是理論與經驗記載最為完整之中醫藥更是國際競相發掘之寶庫。然而回顧整體研發之成果卻不盡理想，因此如何整合國內中西醫學資源，以提升中醫藥臨床研究成果是當前亟待解決之問題。本研究之目的即在綜合轉譯醫學與療效評估管理平台之精神，規劃「建構中西醫臨床整合研究與教育平台」之計畫。
計畫中採用座談方式，召開學者專家共識會議，探討建構平台之架構及可行方案，其內含包括如何進行中西醫結合臨床治療或臨床試驗案例之資料整合、臨床與基礎研究資訊整合、如何提升整合照護醫療品質之培訓教育、臨床研究資訊之管理與分析、回饋於臨床醫療指引之制訂與教育乃至於提供中草藥之基礎研究與產業研發，研究中將針對這些內容研擬「工作項目」及「執行策略」，並逐一進行討論，預期將可取得學者專家之共識，並完成未來執行之整體計畫。

Development of Practical Structure and Program of Estalishing the Platform for Integration of Western and Chinese Medicine in Research and Education Perspective

In this century, complementary and alternative medicine has have become the focus of the medical research worldwide. Simultaneously, Chinese medicine, which has complete theories and treatment records, gains more and more attention by researchers. But it is not satisfying when reviewing the results of the investigations with the subject of Chinese medicine. Thus how to integrate the resources of both western and Chinese medicine to improve the quality of the researcher results becomes an eager issue. The purpose of our study aims to develop practical structure and program of establishing the platform for integration of western and Chinese medicine in research and education perspective by adopting the efficacy evaluation platform of translational medicine. 
Experts in this field will be invited to join the meetings to discuss over how to carry out a practical plan to establish the platform. The discussion topics will include how to integrate the information of western and Chinese clinical trials, how to integrate the information of clinical and basic study, how to improve the quality of clinical care service and training program, and how to apply all the above content on the development of clinical guide for education and practice, and to provide the basis for the basic and commercial studies on Chinese medicine. Through the discussions, we will list clear conducting strategies and practicing items for the coming investigations.
