中草藥品質及產銷相關資訊蒐集與研究

中草藥不僅在中國、台灣、亞洲廣泛地被使用，近年來也逐漸在歐洲、美國流行使用。去年全球中草藥市場銷售額已超過二百五十億美元，且呈現逐年急速成長之趨勢。把傳統的中草藥透過嚴謹的品質管制，以及建置完整而確實的市場資訊網路是台灣切入全球中草藥市場不可或缺的首善工作。本計畫擬以13.5個月的時間，蒐集26種中草藥材之下列資訊，包括：(1)大陸地區中草藥GAP基地資訊(2)大陸及台灣之中藥加工及炮製技術資訊(3)中草藥商品及國內外通路資訊(4)國內外中草藥用藥安全資訊(5)偽劣中草藥動向即時資訊。並將上述五項資訊串聯匯整，建構「中藥製品安全性暨產業鏈數位網路商域」，提供主管機關、產業界及民眾有關中草藥之整合性資訊庫。

Global Chinese herbal medicine market sales amount last year already exceed 25 billion dollars, and the trend of presenting growing up rapidly year by year. Control the traditional Chinese herbal medicine through rigorous quality, and the construction is intact and the certain market information network is that Taiwan cuts the indispensable first good work of global Chinese herbal medicine market. This plan is drafted with 13.5 months, collect the following information of 26 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine material, include: (1)Information of regional Chinese herbal medicine GAP base of the continent (2)Traditional Chinese medicine processing and concocting technical information of mainland and Taiwan (3)Chinese herbal medicine goods and domestic and international information of thorough fare (4)Safe information that the domestic and international Chinese herbal medicine uses medicine (5)Instant information of the fake and poor Chinese herbal medicine tendency.
