台灣北、中及南部三地區中草藥種植可行性評估

本計畫擬配合執行行政院衛生署中醫藥委員發展中草藥之政策,於台灣北部、中部及南部三地區進行24種中草藥之適應性及質量差異性評估,以選植適合各地區之中草藥品種,建立中草藥之種植重鎮。24種中草藥之清單與學名列如下述:1.大薯(Dioscorea alata)、2.長薯(D. batatas)、3.山薯(D. japonica)、4.紫田薯(D. alata L. var. purpurea)、5.恆春山藥(D. doryphora)、6.基隆山藥(D. pseudojaponica)、7.褐苞薯蕷(D. persimilis)、8.杭菊(Chrysanthemum morifolium Ram.)、9.細本山葡萄(Ampelopsis brevipedunculata (Maxim.) Traut.)、10.桔梗(Platycodon grandiflorum (Jacq.) A.DC.)、11.枸杞(Lycium chinense Mill.)、12.薏苡(Coix lacrymajobi L.var. mayuen (Roman.) Stapf)、13.魚腥草(Hauttnynia cordata Thunb.)、14.牛膝(Achyranthes bidentata Blume)、15.決明(Cassia tora L.)、16.車前(Plantago asiatica L.)、17.茴香(Foeniculum vulgare Mill.)、18.黃芩(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)、19.山防風(Echinops grijsii Hance)、20.青葙(Celosia argentea L.)、21.鳳仙(Impatiens balsamina L.)、22.牛蒡(Arctium lappa L.)、23.望江南(Cassia occidentalis L.)及24.桑(Morus atropurpurea)等。品質差異主要比較超氧歧化酶、穀胱甘肽過氧化酶、穀胱甘肽還原酶、總抗氧化活性等差異。根據各地產量與品質之差異,本計畫完成後將能篩選適應力較強之中草藥種類,進行適地適作。

Cultivation Evaluation of Suitable Medicinal Plants in North, Middle, and South Parts of Taiwan

In accordance with the mission of the Committee on Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy, Department of Health, Executive Yuan, Republic of China, to develop and utilize medicinal plants in Taiwan, Agricultural Research Institute wish to strengthen on the selection of suitable medicinal plants from 24 promising plants for cultivating extension in North, Middle, and South Parts of Taiwan. 24 plants includ Dioscorea alata, D. batatas, D. japonica, D. alata L. var. purpurea, D. doryphora, D. pseudojaponica, D. persimilis, Chrysanthemum morifolium Ram., Ampelopsis brevipedunculata (Maxim.) Traut., Platycodon grandiflorum (Jacq.) A.DC., Lycium chinense Mill., Coix lacrymajobi L.var. mayuen (Roman.) Stapf, Hauttnynia cordata Thunb., Achyranthes bidentata Blume, Cassia tora L., Plantago asiatica L, Foeniculum vulgare Mill., Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Echinops grijsii Hance, Celosia argentea L., Impatiens balsamina L., Arctium lappa L., Cassia occidentalis L., and Morus atropurpurea. The differences of seed germination rates, plant types, growth habits, yield, and quality will be analysed, and the antioxidant activities of Superoxide dismutase , Glutathione Peroxidase , Glutathione Reductase , and total antioxidant status will also be investigated in this study.
