1.建立中醫藥品質、安全及通路等資訊之風險評估系統與危機處理機制，提供消費者、產業界與法規單位正確資訊與危機處理之依據。
2.相關資料庫或系統平台之維護，並規劃未來平台之數位行動查詢功能及防護結果紀錄與對相關品質管制系統介接功能。
3.建立中藥產銷資訊整合與管理及中藥材辨識與消費者資訊整合及管理
4.持續及即時更新建立用藥安全資料庫，因中藥材品項繁多，達到完整、完美及完善的資料倉儲建置成果。
5.因應人類活動導致的全球的全球環境大問題(大災變)，諸如地球暖化、臭氧洞產生、酸沉降、各式污染、漠境化及地被植物的破壞，中草藥生態將大受影響，故產能、品質及供需等問題，將有風險評估的必要，啟動危機管理的依據。

5.Because should human environmental big problem global global that activity lead to the fact (great calamity change) ,Such as the earth warm to take, ozone hole produce, acid subside, various types of pollute, desert border and destruction of cover plante, the Chinese herbal medicine ecology will be influenced big, so such questions as can producing, quality and supply and demand,etc., Dr.eye: the risky necessity that assesses, will start the basis of crisis management.
