中醫舌診多媒體資料庫系統之研究與建置2-2

為因應中醫電子化醫療資訊的需求，以及提升醫療服務品質、強化中醫學診斷、醫學教育及臨床研究，本計畫擬發展結合文字資料與影像的中醫舌診多媒體電子資料庫系統。本計畫承接95年度所提出一套軟性影像處理之形變與對位技術，可應用於靜態與動態之舌診影像分析，藉由此數位影像處理技術與臨床辨舌經驗相結合之方法，探討以舌象判斷中醫體質證型(包括特定疾病與健康人群舌象之特異性與敏感度。

A Multimedia Database for TCM Tongue Diagnosis 2-2

The goal of this project is basis on study a multimedia database which have digital anamnesis of the Traditional Chinese medical(TCM) tongue diagnosis. This database is united with the records and medical images. In accordance to the demand of the medical treatment information of the Chinese medicine digitization, the promotion of the medical service quality, the medicine education as well as the clinical research. The past project was achieved to develop an image process technology. The main method was designed to deform in the image processing. That was in appliance to the tongue diagnosis analysis of the static and dynamic state images. In this project, We employ the constitutions in planning a research of TCM tongue diagnosis. It is supposed to draw up some discussions among the specific diseases patients and healthy people. Moreover, the specificity and sensitivity of experimentation will be found out.
