建立中風中醫住院專病辨證施護紀錄標準化之研究

目前我國為建全中醫藥護臨床教學環境，僅由長庚紀念醫院及中國醫藥大學附設醫院進行中醫住院業務，但礙於健保不給付及收治條件等問題，中醫住院病患收治有其困難度，因此人數並不多，其中兩醫院皆以中風中醫住院專病照護個案最多。本研究目的係收集並分析目前台灣地區中風中醫住院病人常見的護理問題，依據中醫中風辨證分型治療及辨證施護原則，建立中風中醫住院專病辨證施護紀錄標準化，提供中醫護理人員辨證施護教育訓練基準，並降低護理病歷書寫不完整性，並提供衛生主管機關未來輔導中醫住院之中醫辨證施護之指引及參考。

At present our country for constructs the entire Chinese medicine to protect the clinical teaching environment, only commemorates the hospital and the Chinese medicine university by Venus sets up as an attachment the hospital to carry on the Chinese medicine to be hospitalized the service, but obstructs to the health insurance condition question and so on does not pay and admits, the Chinese medicine is hospitalized sickness to admit has its degree of difficulty, therefore the population are not certainly many, two hospitals all are hospitalized by the stroke Chinese medicine specially get sick according to protect a document to be most. This research goal is the collection and the analysis at present the Taiwan area stroke Chinese medicine in-patient common nurses the question，And dialectical executes based on the Chinese medicine stroke dialectical dividing treatment protects the principle, establishes the stroke Chinese medicine to be hospitalized specially gets sick dialectically executes protects the record standardization,dialectically provides the Chinese medicine nursing staff to execute protects the education and training datum, and reduces nurses the medical record writing not integrity, and will provide the health controlling organization future to counsel the Chinese medicine to be hospitalized the Chinese medicine dialectical to execute protects the direction and the reference.
