臺灣婦女使用生化湯之調查研究

中國傳統文化深深地影響著人們的健康理念與行為，而傳統習俗是孕產婦自我健康行為中重要的影響因素。由於產時耗損血氣，元氣受損；產後餘血濁液停留體內則生瘀滯，導致瘀血內阻，氣機不暢，而生諸疾。台灣婦女產後多虛多瘀之體質，除接受西醫照護外，亦有近九成的婦女使用生化湯，許多研究發現，生化湯對產後婦女之子宮恢復及惡露的變化有一定的療效，但少有研究同時探討在中西醫照護模式下，台灣婦女使用宮縮藥物和生化湯的情形以及其後的產褥期恢復狀況。本研究目的即在調查台灣婦女使用生化湯之概況，以了解產婦服用生化湯之百分比、藥方內容及來源，並探討其對生化湯的知識、行為及效益之關係。以橫斷式問卷調查收集資料。於台灣北、中、南區各調查400位（自然產初、經產婦各100位；剖腹產初、經產婦各100位），共1200位產婦；由研究者自擬問卷表(包括產婦使用生化湯意願、藥方內容及來源、實際服用生化湯時機、帖數)調查台灣北、中、南地區產婦使用生化湯的概況。期望能藉由本研究結果，了解台灣婦女使用生化湯之現況，並能提供中西醫產後照護之實證參考資料，以減少產婦誤解或濫用生化湯導致的產後大出血，協助維護產婦產後調理之實質恢復及強化體質的健康意涵。

Survey of Using Sheng-Hua-Tang on the Postpartum Women in Taiwan

Reflecting many studies about Chinese traditional customs and medical behaviors, it is pointed out that Chinese traditional culture affected our health concepts and behavior deeply. And, it is also the most important factor in postpartum women’s self health-care. It is believed that women lose their blood, the vitality is damaged during delivering, and the abided dirty leftover blocks the circulation and causes many diseases. It is the reason why women health issues always connected with child delivery. Because of the peculiar physiological variations and pathological specialties, we tried to study on relation between postpartum women’s weak and bad circulated constitution. Moreover, because of Sheng-Hua-Tang’s blood cultivation, circulation activation and extravagated blood clean effect, we try to survey the profile of postpartum women’s taking Sheng-Hwa-Tang. We collected data by cross-sectional study design with questionnaires. We surveyed 1200 postpartum women which contained natural delivery women (100 first delivery women and 100 non-first delivery women) and cesarean ones (100 first delivery women and 100 non-first delivery women) from the northern, midland, and southern Taiwan (each area includes 400 participants).
