中西藥交互作用資訊之臨床實務應用

本計畫以93年度建構之中西藥交互作用資訊網站為基礎，擴增資料庫內容，並提升查詢機制。網站的資料庫內容，與醫院內部的醫囑系統作整合，開立中藥、西藥的過程，醫師不需操作網頁瀏覽軟體，系統可以自動搜尋中西藥交互作用，並提示醫師是否確定開立該項處方。 電腦系統的機制，並能收集流行病學資料，統計經常出現的中西藥組合，交由專業醫師、中醫師、藥師共同討論。

Clinical Application of Information on Drug-Herb Interactions

This study is based on previous project – Constructing an Web Site for Drug-Herb Interactions. We plan to add more information into the database and improve the searching mechanism of the web site. The database will be integrated with the hospital system, so that drug-herb information will be automatically shown without using a web browser. Clinical doctor will be prompted to check whether to prescibe the medication or not.The computer system will gather epidemiologic data, which will be discussed by medical and phamaceutical professions.
