建構中草藥履歷追溯產銷加值鏈之示範體系(2-2)

履歷制度(traceability)是世界建立的食品與原料安全制度，希望透過原料及產品供應鏈的透明化與可追溯化，提昇產品品質與安全。本計畫為兩年期連續性之計畫，建立我國中草藥履歷追溯示範體系，打造整體中草藥產品的價值鏈。第一年度(98年度)已完成原擬之預期成果，包含 (1) 建立符合產銷履歷TGAP驗證標準之中草藥GAP栽培各式查核表與記錄簿；(2) 制訂中草藥GAP生產履歷追溯資訊規格標準；(3) 建置中草藥GAP生產履歷核心資料庫與後台輸入履歷界面；(4) 規劃中草藥GAP生產履歷標籤與設計標籤列印模組 (5) 針對示範點辦理中草藥GAP生產履歷系統導入訓練。

99年度之擴充計畫(本計畫)擬深化中草藥GAP生產履歷示範體系之建置，主要目標包括 (1) 建立中草藥初步加工履歷之記錄簿及資訊化之示範模式；(2) 建立中草藥初步加工履歷資訊規格標準與核心資料庫； (3) 建立資訊系統之前台消費者查詢界面；(4) 導入 EAN/GS1 國際商品條碼，充實標籤列印功能；(5) 擴大示範點與導入訓練。

System Construction of Traceability Value Chain and its Sustainable Utilization for Chinese Herbal Medicals(2-2)

Traceability is a new system for the improvement of product quality and safety, through the transparency and traceability of all material and supply chain. This project continues for two years which is focused on the establishment of a pilot traceability system for Chinese herbs production and distribution in Taiwan. The first year (2009) has completed the expected results, including (1) build checking lists and notes for Chinese herbs production which are appropriate for the standards of TGAP traceability vilification; (2) establish the metadata and standards for information exchange for this traceability system; (3) establish central database and typing interface of background for the information of traceable Chinese herbs; (4) work out for tracing label and construct label printing model for GAP traceability system; (5) implement the training of demonstration for GAP traceability system of Chinese herbs. 
In 2010, the expand project is planed to strengthen the establishment for GAP traceability system. The main objections including (1) establish the recording notes of traceable Chinese herbs and informational model for denotation; (2) build the standards of information and central database for GAP traceability system of Chinese herbs; (3) establish searching interface of front door IT system for consumers; (4) introduce EAN/GS1 international bar code to enhance the function of printing; (5) expand the execution of denotation and training.
