中醫醫療機構負責醫師二年醫師訓練指導醫師培訓計畫 (2-1)

本計劃為衛生署推動「中醫醫療機構負責醫師二年醫師訓練」的前導計劃。召集國內中醫臨床教學醫院、中醫學院校系所、中醫師公會全國聯合會、執業中醫醫療院所…等各方中醫專家學者代表，透過專家座談會的舉行，整合北、中、南三區核心醫院所制訂的各區「中醫醫療機構負責醫師二年醫師訓練」學習護照、課程綱要、內容與評量方法成為全國版本，作為未來全國中醫臨床教學醫院實際執行「中醫醫療機構負責醫師二年醫師訓練」的準則，讓中醫師的臨床訓練內容標準化。同時制定受訓醫師完成訓練的證明文件格式，以利受訓成果認證。此外，訂定「中醫醫療機構負責醫師二年訓練」的指導醫師培訓課程內容、時數、評量方法及完成訓練證明文件格式，以利教學師資的培訓，同時確保「中醫醫療機構負責醫師二年醫師訓練」的教學品質。透過本計劃第一年內涵與格式之制訂，以及第二年教學醫師培訓之執行，可對內涵與格式進行檢討與改進，並可整合大學高等中醫師教育，完善的銜接二年中醫師培訓制度。我們期待每一家中醫臨床教學訓練醫院的指導醫師都擁有優良的臨床教學能力，為國家訓練未來的「中醫醫療機構負責醫師」。而每一位中醫師在正式執業之前，都能在經政府評鑑合格的中醫臨床教學訓練醫院接受二年的全人的、正規的臨床醫學訓練，其結果將能大大的提昇中醫醫療院所的服務品質，許給民眾一個優質的中醫就醫環境。

Plan of traditional Chinese medicine institution instructors-offered 2-year trainings of appointed Chinese Medicine doctors (2-1)

The plan navigates the Bureau of Health Promotion-propelled traditional Chinese medicine institutions-offered 2-year trainings of appointed medical doctors. For Chinese medicine, the seminars for the domestic experts and scholars of the clinical teaching hospitals, the school departments, National Union of the association, and the clinics were summoned. The core hospitals-regulated said trainings of the doctors in the northern, central and southern districts are integrated regarding care learning, curriculum outlines, contents, and assessment methods, all of which are made national versions which will be the domestic guidelines for the Chinese medicine clinical teaching hospitals to practice the mentioned trainings of the doctors and standardize the Chinese medicine doctor clinical training contents. Moreover, the certificate forms for the doctor’s trainings to assist training effectiveness accreditation are enacted, and so are the instructors-provided curriculum contents, hours, assessment methods, and training certificates. Therefore, the plan is to help cultivate the instructors and assure the teaching quality herein.
