中醫藥研究成果推廣與應用

計畫目的:中醫藥委員會委辦研究計畫具有優良成果，透過本計劃，不但要評估現有
的研究成果，從中篩選出好的案子以專利保護，並以積極行動推展中藥委員會委辦研究計畫之優良成果，並加速研究成果之應用及促進產業發展。另一方面提供專利及富智財商品化經驗團隊組成諮詢團隊，提供相關諮務服務。
實施方式：
1.協助中藥委員會評估及申請專利，另將中藥委員會已獲得之專利或優良
研究成果，舉辦2場公開技轉及成果應用說明會，邀請藥廠及生技公司等相關單位參與，徵求有意願承接及合作的廠商落實學術成果產業化。
2.撰寫招商、技轉授權與契約書相關資料，進行專利或優良研究成果授權。
3.需具有智慧財產權、專利及技術授權法律背景及辦理成果授權相關經驗團隊；並成立諮詢委員會，供本會及本會委託研究計畫主持人諮詢。
4.辦理中醫藥智慧財產權相關課程訓練。

Chinese medicine research results promotion and application

Plan Objective: Committee on Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy(CCMP) has excellent research projects results. Through this program, we not onlys assess the existing research results, but also select some good cases to obtain patent protection. Moreover we take positive actions to promote excellent research projects results and accelerate the application of research results and promote industrial development. Finally we arrange a committee to provide rich experience in patent and intellectual property commercialization, and provide consultative services related to services.
Contents: 
1. To assist CCMP to assess and apply for patents, to hold open technology transfer and results applications which pharmaceutical, biotech companies etc. are invited. The willingness are to seek co-manufacturers, and to implement the industrialization of academic achievements. 
2. To write investment, technology transfer and contracts information, and carry out patents and excellent research authorization. 
3. To arrange a team with intellectual property rights, patents and technology transfer relevant experience to handle the results of the authorization; and to arrange a Committee for CCMP and moderators of CCMP research projects to consult. 
4. To handle intellectual property rights of Chinese medicine-related courses.
