推動提昇國內中醫藥相關期刊品質計畫

醫學期刊是臨床醫師和臨床研究人員瞭解最新醫學動態，及時獲得醫學資訊的重要途徑，同時也是開展醫學研究工作的重要資源。從台灣中醫界期刊的現今發展情況來看，目前國內投稿傳統中醫藥方面的文章或期刊仍然非常有限，台灣應有積極實際的行動來整合或另推出極具代表性的中醫藥優良雜誌，冀提昇我國中醫藥相關雜誌品質，以符合國際潮流，並能與世界接軌。
本研究將納入國內中醫藥雜誌的編輯群專家40位以上，以問卷及訪談的方式收集中醫藥雜誌發展上面臨之問題，並訪談國外中醫藥雜誌的主編或/及國內常受SCI期刊邀約為審查人之專家7人，提出具體可行之方案及時程表。邀請國內中醫藥雜誌的編輯群專家40位以上，成立「推動提昇中醫藥雜誌品質小組」以利「推動提昇國內中醫藥相關雜誌品質計畫」業務之推動，預定接洽國內中醫藥品質已佳的前三名雜誌：中醫藥雜誌、中臺灣醫學科學雜誌、台灣中醫醫學雜誌，列入重點輔導成為未來SCI級的中醫藥期刊。

The Program to Improve Quality of Traditional Chinese Medical Journal in Taiwan

The medical journal is very important that clinical physicians and researchers could understand the newest medical knowledge by way of reading the articles of the medical journal, and the medical journal is an important resource for the development of medical research. In Taiwan, only 14 journals is related to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) from the list of chinese electronic periodical services. The promotion and integration for the quality of TCM’s journals is essential so that internationalization and modernization of the research and development of TCM will be easier in the future.
In this study, we will organize the team of “The Program to Improve Quality of Traditional Chinese Medical Journal” from the selection of forty professional TCM’s doctors and researchers. The cautious selection of professional editors classified by chinese internal medicine, chinese gynecology, chinese pediatrics, acupuncture, chinese orthopaedics and traumatology, external diseases, sense organs, fundamental theories, herbs and prescriptions of TCM. Besides, we will have paid a special visit to seven professional editors, and set up the digital learning platform for training 40 TCM practitioners. This study will assist ‘Journal of Chinese Medicine’, ‘Mid-Taiwan Journal of Medicine’ and ‘Taiwan Journal of Chinese Medicine’ in outstanding journals or SCI journals.
