台灣針灸執業現況調查之研究

針灸不僅為中國傳統醫學的特色，亦是全球廣泛運用的另類醫療之ㄧ。國際上，愈來愈多麻醉科、復健科、神經內科、外科及家醫科醫師在臨床治療上，合併採用針灸的合併治療方式。國內針灸之研究現況，多以人體為研究對象，我們嘗試進一步以電子網路搜尋國內「博碩士論文」、「衛生署研究計畫」、「台灣針灸中文期刊」等針灸相關資料彙整分類，歸納分析結果顯示，針灸之研究多以肌肉骨骼系統及疼痛相關之議題為主軸。
台灣近年來亦逐漸將實證醫學運用於針灸醫學，且積極提升中醫醫療品質，但目前針灸執業品質參差不齊，且無完善之培訓機制及規範，加上建立完善之醫療服務體制並不容易，故徹底地評估目前國內針灸發展情況及建立臨床教學訓練為當務之急。本計畫希望經由專家會議討論制訂「「台灣地區針灸執業現況」問卷進行台灣地區針灸醫師的執業現況調查，以提供未來國際上規劃針灸教育及臨床發展之參考；並期望進一步保障民眾就醫安全，發展醫藥衛生科技，提升衛生醫療水準，增進國民健康。

Study of the Current Status of Acupuncture Practice in Taiwan

Acupuncture as a part of Chinese medicine is not a uniform field of knowledge and practice but known for its plurality. Historians of Chinese medicine, medical anthropologists or physicians conducting clinical trials, all underlined the plurality of diagnosis and practices in the field of Chinese Medicine. Although some literature analysed the case of Chinese medicine in Taiwan, mentioning the scope of acupuncture use, little is known about acupuncture practice particularly.
The purpose of this research was to determine how education, the age and the years of practice of the Chinese medicine physicians and as well as the direct environment influence in their practice of acupuncture. In order to understand what leads to different practices. Therefore to provide the basis for further development of the policy of acupuncture education worldwide.
