以水活性估算藥材最佳貯存條件

建立中藥材水活性與乾燥減重關聯性,並以水活性理論評估推算最適當的水分含量與藥材最佳貯存條件。本計劃預計分三個部份,預計執行100種中藥材。第一部份欲了解目前市售中藥貯存情形(包裝與散裝),測試購入藥材之乾燥減重與水活性,第二部份欲建立這100種中藥材的等溫吸濕曲線,建立藥材之乾燥減重與水活性的關連性,第三部份藉由中藥材的等溫吸濕曲線,從實驗實測值與等溫吸濕曲線理論,推估最適當的水分含量與藥材最佳貯存條件。

To estimate the optimal storage conditions by water activity

The main goal of this plan is to establish the relationship of water activity and water content of Chinese herbal medicine (CHM). Evaluate the suitable water content and storage condition by the water activity theory.This plan is separated into three parts. First part wants to know the storage situation of the 100 CHMs in complete or separated package comes from the market. Collect the data of the water activity and water content of the 100 CHMs. Second part wants to establish the moisture sorption isotherm (MSI) to understand the relationship of water activity and water content of the 100 CHMs. Third part wants to evaluate the suitable water content and storage condition from experiment and the moisture sorption isotherm (MSI) theory.
