現代化傳統製劑之開發

使用更精緻、現代化的中藥新興劑型，讓中藥更為方便使用，將有助於中醫藥整體發展與國際競爭力。衛生署中醫藥委員會因此建構「中藥品質管制類」相關研究計畫，以改良我國中藥製程技術與提升產品品質，從而提高中藥療效及安全性。本計畫基於此概念，將以建立中藥之新製程技術為目的，利用先前委案已成功開創的新技術-「滾動式流動床造粒機圓粒製造技術」，進一步配合富含揮發油藥材萃取與保存製程的研究探討，以更積極地提升中藥成藥的療效與品質，並構築中藥製劑之新技術平臺。

本計劃預計開發富含揮發油為主要藥效成分的藥材之顆粒與圓粒劑，選用桂枝與丹皮為研究重點，研究兩藥材揮發油之最關鍵部分，以取得最高醫療效果，並探討精油攜載或包覆材料之適用性及成品安定性，最後選定一傳統方劑，進一步製成新型「傳統成藥」，並探討揮發油主要組成的安定性。

Development of Moden traditional preparation(2-1)

For the convenience purpose of taking Chinese herbal medicine, the refined and easy administered new dosage form of Chinese herbal medicine will contribute to the Chinese medicine development and international competition ability. The committee on Chinese medicine and pharmacy, department of health, executive yuan conducted the research relevant to “the Chinese herbal medicine preparation quality control ". This research will promote a medicine manufacturing process technique and ensure product quality. Based on this concept, this project will refine Chinese herbal medicine manufacturing technology as a target. The new equipment - rolling fluid bed and the technology of western dosage will be utilized to develop a modern Chinese herbal medicine product. This product should raise people’s will to take traditional medicine. This study will begin the internationalization of the Chinese herbal medicine product and establish new technique platform of Chinese herbal medicine product.
This project will develop the pellet formulation and granules which contain the herbal medicine with plentiful essential oil. This research will focus on optimization of essential oil extract method from Cinnamomi ramulus and Moutan cortex to obtain the maximum essential oil content. The stability control and main constituent will be discussed. In conclusion, the stability and dissolution of main constituent of essential oil will be discussed when develop the simple or compound formula of condensed Chinese herbal medicine.
