食道逆流在舌診上之探討

舌診隨著科技進步發展及其客觀的存在性受到許多矚目。特別是舌診電腦化分析舌的特徵一直是焦點。我們透過影像處理建立了一套舌像系統，從健康及有食道逆流的病患中取樣並藉由這套系統的分析找出其不同點。方法及步驟1.硬體發展及舌診的的環境控制2.舌表面特徵的量化及分析3.臨床實驗的取樣4.實驗及對照組的研究5.透過不同儀器交叉分析及證實結果目標:1.確認在食道逆流病患舌頭上顏色、舌苔及舌表的變化2.了解食道逆流患者症狀發生前、中、後期舌頭上顏色、舌苔及舌表不同3.了解治療時舌表的不同4.患舌道逆流可能性的診斷5.證實西醫胃鏡及中醫舌診的關係6.與西醫結合及當傳統中西醫研究的參考

A Research of Tongue Diagnosis on Gastro-esophageal Reflux

Tongue Diagnosis has gained much attention along with the development of science technology and its objectiveness. Especially, computerization of tongue diagnosis to analyze the characteristics of tongue has been the focus. Using the technology of image processing, we established the tongue image system. We took samples from the health and the people with problems of backflow of stomach acid into esophagus. After analyzing by this systems, we came out with the differences between them. Methods and steps:1. the hardware development and environment controls of tongue diagnosis 2. the quantification and analysis of tongue surface characteristics3. samples of clinical trials4. research with experimental and comparison group5.
