中醫脈診證型之研究與應用(中醫脈診應用於臨床疾病之研究)

本計畫為九十三、九十四年「新一代自動化診斷脈診儀開發與研究」整合型計畫之進一步發展，研發重點在如何已研究之中醫脈診儀，應用於臨床疾病之診斷。本研究團隊以先前所做過的脈診臨床研究經驗與傳統中醫脈學理論為基礎，在本子計畫的第一年研究中，我們將以「冠心病患者脈波圖之研究」做出發，探討中醫古籍所記載有關冠心病之脈象，並實際測量病人脈波訊號，以期能找出冠心病患者脈波之特徵，建立脈波資料庫的一部分。在本子計畫的第二年研究中，先做「大腸激躁症患者脈波圖之研究」，主要針對大腸激躁症患者做出臨床測量。並將資料納入成為「新一代脈診儀自動化診斷的資料庫」的一部分。在本子計畫的第三年研究中，則針對傳統中醫二十八種脈象做出測量，希望能在脈波的表現上，定義出中醫二十八脈的特徵，對於中醫臨床及教學上做出貢獻。

This plan is the further development of the conformity plan " Development and Research of the New Generation Automatic Sphygmography " in 2003 to 2004.The key development of research is how to apply sphygmography to diagnosis the clinical disease.Our research team had used the base on a foundation of TCM sphygmology theory and clinical research experience in the first year. We will make "a study of radial sphygmogram on coronary heart disease in patient " send to discuss the disease in the Chinese medicine ancient books. We will record the pulse wave signal to be able to discover characteristic of the coronary disease patient pulse wave by the time to establish the sphygmogram information data. Moreover.In the second year, we will research ？HH？H？？a study of radial sphygmogram on Irritable bowel syndromelarge in patient" to make the clinical survey. And we bring it into line with "The new generation of the sphygmography of sphygmogram information data ".In the third year, we make the survey on the 28 kinds of pulse presented conditions of TCM to define the characteristics, and make the contribution in the Chinese medicine clinical and in the teaching
