CCMP95-RD-101 西醫住院中醫會診患者中醫療效及生活品質評估之研究---以缺氧性腦病變、腦外傷和腦中風為對象

西醫住院中醫會診患者中醫療效及生活品質評估之研究---以缺氧性腦病變、腦外傷和腦中風為對象

本研究是延續去年的計畫,計畫目的是針對西醫住院中醫會診中醫神經科缺氧性腦病變、腦外傷,和腦中風患者,利用(1)生活品質量表, IQOLA SF-36 Taiwan Standard Version 1.0;(2)生活功能獨立量表(function independence measure,FIM);(3)modified rankin scale (MRS);(4)美國國家衛生研究研究院中風評量表(national institute of neurological disorders and stroke ,NIHSS);(5)中風病辨證診斷表;(6)巴式量表(Barthel index,BI);(7)Glasgow coma scale(GCS)來比較至少服用連續兩週中醫方藥前後療效和生活品質。結果從94年1月1日至94年11月22日共收案84人,完成的有57人。生活品質量表SF-36的因生理功能角色受限減少26.32±44.42;活力減少7.81±20.96;社會功能減少18.42±33.67;生理構成等級減少2.93±5.64。NIHSS減少2.44±3.67;BI增加4.91±10.15;MRS 減少0.14±0.44;FIM增加5.95±9.74;GCS增加0.65±1.22。服用中醫方藥後風證從46位變為45位;火熱證從2位變為9位;痰證從19位變為21位;血瘀證從14位變為13位;氣虛證從0位變為3位;陰虛陽亢證從5位變為10位。1位風證,2位火熱證,8位痰證,4位血瘀證患者中醫方藥治療後,疾病的嚴重度都下降;9位無陰虛陽亢證患者經中醫方藥治療後變為陰虛陽亢證,疾病嚴重度下降。

The Study on the Assessment of Chinese Medicine Therapeutic Effect and Life Quality in Hospital in-Patient with Chinese Medicine Co-Management---Hypoxic Encephalopathy, Head Injury and Stroke Patients

The present study was continuously the research plain of last year. The purpose of the present study was to compare the therapeutic effectively before and after at least continuous two weeks Chinese Medicine (CM) treatment. The subjects were hypoxic encephalopathy, head injury and stroke patient that were hospital in patient with Chinese Medicine (CM) co-management, and the methods were using (1) IQOLA SF-36, Taiwan Standard Version 1.0; (2) Functional Independence Measure (FIM), (3) Modified Rankin Scale (MRS); (4) National Institute of Health Stroke Survey (NIHSS); (5) Stroke Disorder Diagnostic Chart; (6) Barthel Index (BI); and (7) Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) to incestigate therapeutic effectiveness and quality of life.
