西醫住院中醫會診在現在的臨床醫療上扮演著相重要的角色，近年來健保局也編列專案計劃，針對有關西醫住院中醫會診在特殊疾病方面，瞭解中醫在於西醫住院方面扮演的角色與跟功能，目前所規範的幾個個疾病當中，獨缺中醫婦科方面相關疾病，由於近年來婦幼健康與婦幼保健主題如婦科經、帶、胎、產更年期障礙等等疾病，已成為現代婦女同胞求診之主要病症。在西醫住院當中由急性期→緩解期→恢復期中，如何運用中醫在會診方面的協助與西醫住院共同搭配，若西醫診斷併用中醫辨證，即以疾病辨證論治，以西醫診斷全盤掌控疾病的發展過程，再加入中醫辨證，中醫如何扮演適當的角色已成為目前重要的課題，因此在中醫婦科方面，西醫住院中醫會診實在有必要。中醫的醫理都是經過數千年直接以人體為臨床觀察得出來的，診療均以人的整體考量，而西醫則是以器官的個別分析為主，各有優缺點，也各有不足處，西方的科技每多進步一點，對中醫的醫理就會多印證一點，中西醫整合正是未來國際趨勢，中西醫結合是很好的里程碑，大陸在中西合作醫療方面已實施二十餘年，能夠到大陸實際參訪對中醫婦科如何在西醫住院方面配合中醫會診，做為台灣將來規劃中西合診實有其必要性。本計劃擬赴大陸北京國家中醫藥管理局、中國中醫科學院、西苑醫院、北京中醫藥大學附設醫院、上海中醫藥大學附設醫院、廣州中醫藥大學附設醫院、廣東省中醫院等單位進行參訪考察、搜集大陸推動西醫住院中醫會診之政策及具體的作法，大陸國家中醫藥管理局的政策方針及各中醫藥大學附設醫院西醫住院中醫會診之現況，以及在中醫婦科方面針對婦幼保健中西合作醫療的情形，進而瞭解大陸之經驗，以作為日後過國內推動中西合作，在中醫婦科方面，西醫住院中醫會診規劃面之參考。

By acute one in Western medicine is in hospital how to use the assistance in holding a consultation of Chinese medicine to match with Western medicine together in hospital, if Western medicine is diagnosed it is dialectical to use simultaneously Chinese medicine, namely will manage with the dialectical theory of the disease, the evolution of the disease that will diagnose and control with Western medicine totally, it is dialectical to and then join Chinese medicine, how Chinese medicine has played a proper role to become the present important subject, so from Chinese medicine gynaecology, Western medicine Chinese medicine hold a consultation really necessary in hospital.
