兩岸中醫護理教育交流-比較兩岸中醫護理課程及實證研究層面之探討

台灣醫療體系長期以來乃以西醫為主流，護理教育專家幾乎都是接受英美先進西方國家的高等護理教育，在教育及實務亦以西醫為導向。因此本研究為提升護理人員之中醫護理專業知識與照護能力，並兼顧民眾對中西醫療保健的複向需求，計畫以為期八個月的時間蒐集臺海兩地共四所護理系「中醫護理學」及其相關學科規劃之差異性。首先，針對兩岸的中醫護理教育及實證研究之相關文獻進行回溯歸納及分析；進而，參訪臺海兩地共四所護理系，了解中醫護理學程之差異性；再者，舉辦4小時之「探討影響兩岸中醫護理教學成效之相關因素」專題報告，探討影響當前中醫護理發展之概況、兩岸中醫護理教學成效之相關因素；最後，根據統計分析之結果具體提出兩岸護理教育之優缺點，以為未來中醫護理教育規劃及學術研究之參考。

Cross-Strait Scholarly Exchange Project: comparison two sides Chinese medicine nursing education attend to course and Evidence-based Medicine research aspect

Western medicine has long been the main stream of Taiwan medical system. The experts teaching nursing almost come from the training system of United States and United Kingdom. The education and practice of nursing therefore also follow the education system of western medicine. To improve professional knowledge and nursing skills of nurses as well as to meet the demand of the public for both Chinese and western medical treatments, this research institute has spent eight months to collect the curriculum and course design of nursing department from four universities across Taiwan Strait to find out any relevant differences. First, the literatures about the nursing education of Chinese medicine and practical research that these universities have published were analyzed. This was followed by four-hour seminar on the topic, "The Influential Factors to the Outcome of Chinese Medicine Nursing Training across Taiwan Strait" to examine the factors that affect the current development of Chinese medicine nursing and nursing education across Taiwan Strait. Finally, based on the results of statistical analyses, the advantages and disadvantages of nursing education in Taiwan and Mainland China were concluded acting as the references for the future curriculum planning and academic research of Chinese medicine nursing.
