中藥材HPLC檢測方法之研究

本計畫將以丁香、山茱萸、山梔子、杏仁、防己、防風、黃芩、黃連、橘紅及龍膽等10種藥材為對象，利用各種不同之分離管柱層析，進行指標成分之單離純化，同時開發各種指標成分之高效液相層析(HPLC)分析方法，並經確效試驗之驗證，得到安定且值得信賴之定量法，建立檢驗標準，達到品質管制之目的，以確保藥材之正確性及有效性。

Studies on the analysis method in Chinese herbal medicine by HPLC

In this project, we selected Chinese herbal medicines, Caryophylli Flos, Corni Fructus, Rardeniae Fructus, Armeniacae Semen, Aristolochiae Fangchi Radix, Ledebouriellae Radix, Scutellariae Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma, Citri Exocarpium Rubrum, and Gentianae Scabrae Radix for model drugs. The quality control techniques will be established by first using column chromatography of various packing materials to purify and to identify marker components and then the results of its structure will be used by applying developed HPLC analysis methods to qualitative and quantitative analysis of quality control techniques. We hope the method can be applied for analyzing commercial Chinese herbal medicines, has a simple method of sample preparation. It should be a good application in the quality control of Chinese herb medicine in the future.
