中醫體質量表及分型指標之建立(2-2)

本研究的目的乃在建立體質評估量表及其信、效度之檢測，並建立中醫體質分型及各分型的指標。第一年之研究進度已完成初問卷量表及量表之專家效度。第二年進度使用初量表於500位18-65歲自覺身體正常者做臨床應用性的評估，進行建構效度、內在一致性的測試，且從中選取部分樣本進行再測信度。測試完成之量表，進一步選取500位18-65歲自覺身體正常者，填寫量表進行分型指標之修訂。資籵收集後，以SPSS＋ 10.0版統計軟體進行分析，本年度預期完成中醫體質量表之信、效度測試，及建立體質分型之指標。本體質量表可提供醫療人員客觀評估體質之工具，有助於中醫臨床及研究疾病防治的推展，且促進中醫現代化。亦可提供護理人員評估個案體質，設計符合個案體質之衛生教育及生活起居之指導，進而預防疾病發生，更希望藉此量表做為保健介入性研究之評估工具，促進健康政策之推展。

The Creation of Traditional Chinese Medical Constitutional Scale and Classification Index（2-2）

The purpose of this study is to develop Traditional Chinese Medical Constitutional Scale(TCMCS) and classificatory index. The validity and reliability will be tested. A primary scale was established in the first year. In this year the scale will be tested by 500 subjects who feel him (or her) self is a normal constitution, in order to establish the scale of constitutional validity and internal consistency reliability and test-retest reliability. After all the 500 subjects will complete the questionnaire to establish the classificatory index. The spss+10.0 will be use for date analysis The constitutional categories and the validity and reliability will be complete in this year. The Traditional Chinese medical constitutional scale provides the health team an objective evaluate tool in subjects evaluation. It also improves the nurses in caring the individual health care and education on health issues. Further more, it could be an invasive assessment tool in promoting the health strategies.
