台灣中醫護理技術作業標準之制定

本研究係以問卷調查法探討中醫醫療院所執行中醫護理技術的現況，並制定中醫護理技術標準規範手冊。研究對象將來自全國中醫醫療機構之護理主管。問卷將由研究者參考文獻擬定。問卷內容包括基本資料、醫療機構資料、中醫護理技術執行現況調查及中醫護理技術範本。資料收集後除經統計分析外，並邀請中醫護理專家共同審核每一項技術，以制定中醫護理技術規範手冊。研究結果可成為臨床護理人員執行中醫護理技術之標準規範，以提昇民眾就醫的安全性。

Establishment of standard procedure in traditional Chinese medical nursing

The purpose of current study was to explore nursing procedure of traditional Chinese medical nursing among Chinese medical hospitals, and to establish of a standard procedure of traditional Chinese medical nursing. Participants will be nursing administrators who will work in Chinese medical hospitals in Taiwan. Instrumental will be developed by researchers from literature review. The questionnaire will be included demographic data, hospital data, implement status of nursing procedure, and documentation of procedure. The SPSS/pc will be applied to analyze the data, and experts discuss based on documentation of procedure to establish a standard of produre. The standard produre will be provided to nurses who need to implement procure of traditional Chinese medical nursing. The safety of nursing care will be improved.
