中醫體質量表及分型指標之建立

本研究的目的乃在建立體質評估量表及其信、效度之檢測，並建立中醫體質分型及各分型的指標。第一年之研究進度乃通過文獻查証與質性研究，歸納出體質徵候項目，及德爾菲測試法，由中醫專家做體質的分型及徵候歸類，再將這些徵候發展成評估初量表。第二年進度使用初量表於500位18-75歲自覺身體正常者做臨床應用性的評估，進行建構效度、內在一致性的測試。
資料收集後，以SPSS＋ 10.0版統計軟體進行分析，預期第一年可完成中醫體質量表測量項目及量表之專家效度測試。第二年完成中醫體質量表之信、效度測試，及建立體質分型之指標。本體質量表可提供醫療人員客觀評估體質之工具，有助於中醫臨床及研究疾病防治的推展，且促進中醫現代化。亦可提供護理人員評估個案體質，設計符合個案體質之衛生教育及生活起居之指導，進而預防疾病發生，更希望藉此量表做為保健介入性研究之評估工具，促進健康政策之推展。

Create Traditional Chinese Medical constitutional scale

Constitutional type The purpose of this study is to develop Traditional Chinese Medical Constitutional Scale（TCMCS） and classificatory index. The validity and reliability will be tested. Literature review and qualitative research were going to inductive the signs and symptoms of normal body constitution, and then the Delphi method is focused on categorized the constitutional items. A primary scale will be established in the first year after all the processors. The primary scale will be tested for 500 subjects who feel him (or her) self is a normal constitution, in order to establish the scale of constitutional validity in the second year. The SPSS＋10.0 will be use for data analysis.
The items of the Traditional Chinese Medical constitutional scale and the expert validity will be established in the first year.
