中醫師對中醫門診總額支付制度之滿意度調查

全民健康保險中醫總額支付制度已實行逾三年，至目前卻鮮少有中醫師對其滿意度及影響因素的研究，由中醫師主持、針對此一課題進行之全國性調查研究更是闕如。
當公告給付點值已於某些分局出現低於1.0時，減少此一中醫師收入的事實，是否會因影響醫療品質，而為總額制度的永續實行帶來困擾或產生變數，值得關注和重視，畢竟實證研究指出，醫師的滿意度會影響醫療品質，而給付金額更是左右滿意度的重要因素之一。
本研究經由對中醫師的分層抽樣，以自擬之結構式、半開放型問卷為資料收集的工具進行調查，企圖能分析與總額支付滿意度的相關諸多因素(如：專業自主權、審查及輔導制度、與外界互動關係、總額瞭解、總額認同、總額滿意、個人特質、工作滿意度及個人背景等)，以提供健保局及中醫界作為制度修定之參考。

Traditional Chinese physicians? satisfaction of global budgeting system

The Bureau of National Health Insurance (BNHI) had implemented the global budgeting system (GBS) onto traditional Chinese medical services since July 2000.According to the previous studies, it is confirmed that physician satisfaction has great influence on practice behavior and patient satisfaction. So, it is essential to investigate the satisfaction of GBS from providers perspective.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the agreeableness and satisfaction of traditional Chinese physicians (TCP) to GBS, and to analyze their contributing factors. Using stratified systematic sampling method; we survey BNHI-contracted TCPs with questionnaire. 
The findings of this study should be useful for the traditional Chinese association on the improvement of profession and quality, and also the BNHI on the evaluation of policy.
