建立中區中醫門診教學網絡計畫

本院中醫臨床教學制度的建立已漸趨完善，為不影響受訓醫師訓練品質，並強化中區訓練醫院中醫門診教學及改善部分科別師資不足情形，本研究計劃將進行區域教學資源整合，確保受訓醫師訓練品質，除廣納各地具專長之專家學者開設該科別之教學門診，並輔導各訓練醫院開立教學門診，以充實中醫臨床教學內容，增進臨床教學水準，提昇中醫師學術能力，提供受訓醫師臨床訓練環境，解決訓練醫院部分科別師資不足問題。
今年度之主要工作重點如下：
(一)、整合中區指導師資名單及教學專長。
(二)、針對各訓練醫院師資不足科別輔導開設教學門診。
(三)、訂定該區域訓練醫院教學門診成效考核機制。
(四)、辦理該區域訓練醫院教學門診成效考核工作。

The Proposal of Establish Traditional Chinese Medicine Outpatient Clinical Teaching Network in Middle District of Taiwan

The course of TCM clinical teaching system is increasingly perfection in CMUH. As does not affect the quality of clinical training, and strengthen teaching program in each teaching hospital and to improve the inadequate teachers in some divisions. This study plan scenario will be the integration of regional teaching resources to ensure that training quality. In addition to create of teaching and the consultations, but also counselling in opening an out-patient teaching in each main teaching hospital.
This year, we focus on the keypoints are as follows:
(a). Integration guidance teachers list and teaching expertise.
(b). Offering teaching clinic in the not enough divisions counselling teachers.
(c). Provide for teaching effectiveness assessment mechanism for outpatient clinic.
(d). Assessment of the effectiveness of teaching clinic.
