中醫系統化服務發展規劃研究計畫

中醫系統化服務發展是指將中醫醫療照護行為、流程、參與者及科技化設備，以資通訊技術進行整合式的整體服務解決方案發展。內涵包括醫療照護服務相關資料的標準化與數位化、並透過流程化的資訊串連與交換，由智能化軟體進行決策支援分析，產生具有個別化價值的醫療照護知識，以提升醫療照護品質，並促進營運管理效率。
因應政府六大新興產業之智慧醫療發展的政策方針，本計畫將積極整合中醫藥委員會過去研究成果，提出整合科技與資通訊技術的中醫系統化服務發展規劃。計畫之實施方法包含歷年中醫藥委員會計畫成果文獻收集、資料整理與分析架構建立、田野觀察研究，以及主題式專家會議，期透過現況查證、文獻探討、專家座談等規劃，於101年12月產出「中醫系統化服務發展規劃報告書」。另外，本計畫將成立中醫系統化服務發展專家工作小組，並透過中醫資訊化服務發展交流平臺之建置，積極進行研究資訊之交流與意見收集。

Research on Chinese Medicine Systematic Service Development and Future Strategy

Chinese Medicine information and communication technology(ICT) applications refers to the systematic development of Chinese Medicine services, considering health care service actors, behaviors, processes, and technological equipment, that are provided for integrated ICT solutions for the development of the overall service.
In respond to the government health care policy, the project will actively integrate research results in Committee on Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy, Department of Health, and proposed the integration of Chinese Medicine information and communication technology applications plan. Working plan of this project includes the establishment of Chinese Medicine experts working group, construction of the information exchange platform, document collection and analysis, field observation study, and theme-based expert meetings, etc. Through the literature review, expert seminars and other plans, output of the Chinese Medicine information and communication technology applications planning will be validated and reported in December 2012.
