痤瘡外用方劑之應用開發(2-2)

實證醫學是20世紀初發展的一門臨床醫學，其主要目的是利用探勘臨床研究之文獻結果，提供更完備之醫藥照護知識，給臨床醫師與藥師參考。而中醫藥即是一連串的實踐醫學之後的彙整，所以開發中醫藥的實證醫學方法，將可提供另一種有效率探究中醫藥之有效性的研究方法。因此本研究將以痤瘡為主題，建置中醫藥的實證醫學方法，再利用抗痘相關基礎實驗相互印證其有效性。的過程亦將篩選出有治療痤瘡之外用方劑，利用劑型的改良如軟膏或貼布等，開發出新的抗痤瘡產品。
全程計畫預計二年，研究重點如下：
第一年
建立『痤瘡外用方劑之實證醫學評估平台』，並篩選出有效之方劑。並
建立『痤瘡療效之篩選平台』，並檢測篩選出之方劑是否有效。
第二年
根據第一年結果篩選之結果，臨床常用之抗痤瘡的方劑中，以溫清飲具有較強之抗菌及抗發炎活性，其次清上防風湯、真人活命飲、黃連解毒湯而外用藥的顛倒散亦有良好之作用，因此將針對溫清飲及顛倒散進行功效性評估，品質規範，毒性評估，開發有效之抗痤瘡外用方劑新劑型（凝膠）。

Chinese prescriptions for external application in acne(2-2)

Specifically, evidence-based medicine appraises the quality of evidence gained from the scientific method to medical practice. Applying evidence-based medicine to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) research would certainly enhance the clinical applicability. In this study, our objective is to systematically review the studies on herbal treatment for acne in order to find out the clinically effective herbal remedies and to use these remedies as lead drugs for the development of new treatment for acne treatment.
Subproject planning for this study
1st year: systematic review of herbal remedies for acne treatment
2nd year: creating experimental models for assessment of the efficacies for acne treatment.In according to 1st year results, the most of TCMs are Ching-Shanp-Farng-Feng-Tang, Zen-Ren-Huo-Ming-Ying and Jia-Wei-Xiao-Yao-San from NHIRD. In the top ten TCMs, they all did not show anti-lipase activity, but Ching-Shanp-Farng-Feng- Tang and Zen-Ren-Huo-Ming-Ying both showed antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, Jia-Wei-Xiao-Yao-San did not. Therefore, Zen-Ren-Huo-Ming-Ying will be developed a new formulation to treat acne in 2nd year research.
