中醫舌診標準化之研究（3-2）：特定疾病舌診資料整合 蔣依吾國立中山大 |

| 肝炎和肝硬化、糖尿病、骨質疏鬆症是國人常見疾病，就B型肝炎而論，國內就有三百萬人為帶原者，約佔台灣人口17%。本計畫為配合中國醫藥學院及長庚大學之計畫，主要目為將中醫舌診進行科學化研究。先前設計並建立最佳舌診影像擷取環境，以期獲得真實且一致之舌診影像；本次計畫，是將所獲得舌診電腦影像，利用色彩學及影像處理技術，進行自動化分析舌質及舌苔數位影像資訊以整合關於肝炎及肝硬化、糖尿病、骨質疏鬆舌診資料整合。影像經攝影後直接由介面卡輸送至電腦，不經過沖洗、掃描等轉換手續，以避免失真情形。在顏色判斷上，利用軟體﹐採用 HSL (hue, saturation and luminance) 和RGB（red,green,blue）模型，來獲得色彩學上資料。並以開發出來舌診影像分析軟體進行分析和測量。 | |

| Hepatitis, cirrhosis, osteoporosis are common diseases for compatriots. In this proposal, the previous construction of tongue diagnosis system analyzes these specific diseases using the techniques of chromatics and image processing. Therefore, we except that the gathering of statistics in the light of specific diseases can bring some characters in the quantification of tongue image data. | |
