CCMP102-RD-004 台灣金銀花與川芎有機及GAP栽培模式與生物活性研究

本研究目的在建立台灣金銀花(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)與川芎(Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.)有機及GAP栽培規範。蒐集珍貴金銀花與川芎植物種原,鑑定其正品基原,研發金銀花與川芎健康種苗繁殖技術。將有機農法與全球優良農業操作規範(Global Good Agriculture Practice,GLOBAL GAP)導入台灣中藥生產栽培管理系統,嚴格控管以提昇藥材品質,建立台灣金銀花與川芎有機及GAP栽培模式與規範。篩選評估適合台灣氣候環境栽培之金銀花與川芎種原,規劃建立台灣金銀花與川芎有機及GAP生產栽培基地範本,並分析台灣產金銀花與川芎藥材之成分與生物活性,以確保在台灣生產無污染、高品質之金銀花與川芎藥材原料。相關結果將提供台灣相關中藥材產官學等研究單位參考。研究計畫分二年期進行,第一年計畫擬蒐集金銀花與川芎中藥基原植物以建立台灣金銀花與川芎種源。將所蒐集川芎與金銀花種原進行基原鑑定,調查其型態與生育習性,研究其健康種苗繁殖與栽培技術。第二年計畫擬進行金銀花與川芎田間有機栽培試驗。將有機與 GLOBAL GAP導入金銀花與川芎生產栽培與採收加工上,以建立台灣中藥有機及GAP栽培模式,並分析台灣金銀花與川芎藥材之指標成分與生物活性。此外將建立台灣川芎與金銀花有機及GAP栽培模式示範田區,以供台灣相關中藥研究單位與業者之參考。邀請中藥領域相關研究專家學者與業者辦理台灣金銀花與川芎有機及GAP栽培模式觀摩會,將台灣中藥有機及GAP栽培研究成果推廣應用於實際生產。本計畫之執行,預期將有助於未來推動台灣中藥有機與GAP栽培,並建立中藥安全、無污染生產模式。提升台灣川芎與金銀花藥材之品質與產量,並對台灣中草藥產業之健全發展,具有指標性與建設性的意義與價值。

Research on GAP and biological activities for organic planting of Lonicera japonica Thunb. and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. in Taiwan

This research aims to establish organic planting and GAP for Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. in Taiwan. High value potential Lonicera japonica and Ligusticum chuanxiong are collected to establish germplasmic resources center for developing breeding techniques and providing healthy seedling supply. Organic farming and Global GAP will be applied to the medicinal herbs production and quality control system. Furthermore, this project will screen and evaluate high potential Lonicera japonica and Ligusticum chuanxiong which are suit for local environment in Taiwan and analizes their ingredients and biological activities to produce Lonicera japonica and Ligusticum chuanxiong with non-pollution and high quality. The manual for organic planting and GAP production including cultivation approaches will be published for references of producers and farmers in Taiwan. This research will be carried out at MingDao University in two years. In the first year, Lonicera japonica and Ligusticum chuanxiong will be set up germplasmic center. Then, germplasm identification and GAP production model will be conducted for these medicinal herbs. Moreover, healthy seedling propagation and planting techniques will be set up in seedling center. In the second year, Lonicera japonica and Ligusticum chuanxiong will be chosen as examples to implement GAP and organic farming in the field. Besides that, traceability production system with organic farming and Global GAP of medicinal herbs will be conducted. The ingredients and biological activities for Lonicera japonica and Ligusticum chuanxiong in Taiwan will be analyzed. Finally, model fields with organic planting and GAP will be set up for references of research institutions and producers in Taiwan Conference for organic and GAP production system will be held for all stakeholders in Taiwan. This project is expected to promote medicinal herbs organic and GAP production. Also, safety and non-pollution of medicinal herbs production will be established. The qualities and yields of medicinal herbs will be enhanced and thus well developed for the industry of medicinal herbs.
