製作中醫藥相關數位學習課程─中醫臨床簡介

近年來民眾接受中醫藥診治日漸普及，但對中醫藥之認知常有不足之處，影響中醫臨床正確的就醫概念。為加強民眾之中醫藥知識，進而提升社會大眾之中醫藥就醫用藥安全，本研究以數位學習模式，編訂教材提供民眾對中醫各科臨床之自我學習。
由台灣中醫臨床技能學會邀集以長庚大學及中國醫藥大學中醫系所及教學醫院中醫部門資深主治醫師為主的教師團隊，就中醫各科之臨床診治進行教材內容之編訂，內容以「中醫臨床簡介」為主軸，涵蓋中醫內科、婦科、兒科、針灸科、傷科與中西醫整合等範疇，進行製作相關數位學習課程至少6小時。
數位教材製作過程將依據一定的規格，委託業界經驗豐富，且有具體成果之廠商，外包製作。並與教師團隊進行定期會商，審查並修改內容。課程也包含學習前準備之評估、互動式練習及課後測驗等活動。並將課程置於國家文官培訓所「文官e學苑」（http://ecollege.nacs.gov.tw/）及其他本會指定之數位學習平台，以期達到中醫臨床知識之數位化學習效果。

E-learning program for Traditional Chinese Medicine-the introduction of clinical practice

The application of TCM has become more and more popular in recent days, however people often has wrong concepts and knowledge regarding this area. Therefore, it is necessary to set up an E-learing course for Introduction to Traditional Chinese Medical Clinical Practice for those interested in self-learning the main concepts of the TCM.
Taiwan Tranditional Chinese Medicine Clinicial Skill Association has invited several senior attending doctors from the TCM department of both Chang Gung University and Chinese Medical University, to compose a teaching material for several subspecialties in TCM Theory. The 6-hour course will focus on the introduction of the TCM Clinical Practice, and should include subspecialties such as Chinese Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Acupuncture, Traumatology and Integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine.
The composition of such material will follow certain protocol, and will be assigned to qualified companies for final production. There will be regular meeting between the teachers and the company representatives to reevaluate the material. The material should also include Pre-course evaluation, interactive practices, and Post-course evaluation. This material will then be placed in the national E-college website (http://ecollege.nacs.gov.tw/) and other e-learning platforms assigned by our association, as an ultimate purpose to increase the effect of E-learning for TCM Theory.
