台灣市售中藥之農藥殘留調查研究(3-2)

中藥近年來有多次農殘檢出之報導,為確保民眾用藥安全,建立個別藥材含農藥殘留污染之檢驗背景值及檢驗規格實圍刻不容緩之事。
本研究分三年進行,每年赴台灣各地中藥店收集10家常用之30種中藥材,以氣相層析儀進行有機氯農藥殘留檢測。三年共進行台灣常用90種中藥材之有機氯農藥殘留檢測。
99年度選取枸杞子、紅棗、當歸、地黃、山茱萸、紫蘇、大棗、陳皮、枇杷葉、牡丹皮、遠志、細辛、肉桂、桂枝、大黃、烏梅、杏仁、魚腥草、薏苡仁、連翹、厚朴、麻黃、桑白皮、五味子、何首烏、紅花、菟絲子、地龍、桃仁、威靈仙、板藍根等30種中藥材;本年度(100年度)選擇防風、半夏、兒茶、百合、酸棗仁、天麻、化橘紅、小茴香、丁香、三稜、土茯苓、大青葉、大腹皮、大薊、女貞子、雞血藤、益母草、射干、荊芥、黃柏、枳殼、羌活、三七、前胡、牛蒡子、夏枯草、石菖蒲、補骨脂、桑枝、廣藿香等30種中藥材,第三年(101年度)選取山豆根、川木通、火麻仁、白朮、茯苓、山藥、赤芍、山楂、懷牛膝、川牛膝、味牛膝、黃連、川七、西洋參、晉耆、槐花、辛夷、鬱金、車前子、蔓荊子、澤瀉、北沙參、合歡皮、栝樓仁、淫羊藿、白茅根、薄荷、白鮮皮、路路通、烏藥等30種中藥材,三年共計進行90種中藥材,以氣相層析儀進行有機氯農藥之殘留檢測,並將三年實驗結果歸納分析,以提供中醫藥委員會未來對中藥之農藥殘留限量規範之參考,也可提供未來中華中藥典編修時訂定農藥殘留限量標準值之參考。

Studies on the Pesticide Residue of Chinese Crude Drugs in Taiwan (3-2)

In recent year, organochlorine pesticide residue had been detected from some Chinese crude drugs. For safety concern, it is worthwhile to analyze the pesticide residue content of commonly used Chinese crude drugs on the market.
In a three year project, we will collect 30 commonly used Chinese crude drugs species from 10 herbal stores around the islands each year to analyze for their organochlorine pesticide residue using gas chromatography. A total of 90 species will be collected and analyzed. 
In 2010, we will collect and analyze Lycii Fructus, Zizyphi Sativae Fructus, Angelicae sinensis Radix, Rehmanniae Radix et Rhizoma, Corni Fructus, Perillae Folium, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Eriobotryae Folium, Moutan Radicis Cortex, Polygalae Radix, Asari Herba, Cinnamomi Cortex, Cinnamomi Ramulus, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Mume Fructus, Armeniaceae Semen, Houttuyniae Herba, Coicis Semen, Forsythiae Fructus, Magnoliae Cartex, Ephedrae Herba, Mori Radicis Cortex, Schizandrae Fructus, Polygoni Multiflori Radix, Croci Stigma, Cuscutae Semen, Lumbricus, Persicae Semem, Clematidis Radix, Changii Radix. In 2011, we will collect and analyze Saposhnikoviae Radix, Pinelliae Rhizoma, Catechu, Lilii Bulbus, Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, Gastrodiae Rhizoma, Citri Grandis Exocarpium, Foeniculi Fructus, Caryophylli Flos, Sparganii Rhizoma, Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma, Isatidis Folium, Arecae Pericarpium, Cirsii Japonici Herba seu Radix, Ligustri Lucidi Fructus, Spatholobi Caulis, Leonuri Herba, Belamcandae Rhizoma, Schizonepetae Herba, Phellodendri Cortex, Citri Immaturus Fructus, Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, Notoginseng Radix, Peucedani Radix, Arctii Fructus, Prunellae Spica, Acori Graminei Rhizoma, Psoraleae Fructus, Mori Ramulus, Pogostemonis Herba. In 2012, we will collect and analyze Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix, Clematidis Caulis, Cannabis Fructus, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Poria, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Paeoniae Rubrae Radix, Crataegi Fructus, Achydanthis Bidentatae Radix, Cyathulae Radix, Strobilanthis Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma, Notoginseng Radix, Panacis Quiquefolii Radix, Hedysari Polybotrys Radix, Sophorae Flos, Magnoliae Liliflorae Flos, Curcumae Tuber, Plantaginis Semen, Viticis Frucutus, Sophorae Flos, Magnoliae Liliflorae Flos, Curcumae Tuber, Plantaginis Semen, Viticis Frucutus, Alismatis Rhizoma, Glehniae Radix, Albizziae Cortex, Trichosanthis Fructus, Epimedii Herba, Imperatae Rhizoma, Menthae Herba, Dictamni Radicis Cortex, Liquidambaris Fructus, Linderae Radix. A total of 90 commonly used Chinese crude drug species will be collected and analyzed for their organochlorine pesticide residue using gas chromatography.
The results will be provided to Committee of Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy, Department of Health for reference. The results will also be helpful as reference for revising the Taiwan herbal Pharmacopeia in setting up the organochlorine pesticide residue limit for related herb items.
