中藥材中黃麴毒素污染之調查研究(2-2)

為了解中藥材中黃麴毒素污染情形,建立台灣市售中藥材黃麴毒素污染之個別藥材背景值及檢驗規格,本研究擬分二年進行台灣健保用藥排行榜使用量前40名之藥材,採用食品中黃麴毒素檢驗法進行檢測。
本研究分二年進行,每年擬赴台灣各地中藥店每種中藥材收集20家檢品,以高效液相層析法進行中藥材中黃麴毒素污染檢測。二年共進行40種中藥材之檢測。
第一年已進行貝母、丹參、麥門冬、桔梗、杜仲、黃芩、葛根、白芷、川牛膝、杏仁、金銀花、香附、魚腥草、甘草、黨參、川芎、柴胡、續斷、蒲公英、玄參等20種中藥之黃麴毒素污染情形檢測,檢測結果於杏仁、甘草、香附及玄參四種藥材中檢驗出受到黃麴毒素污染。依據台灣公告總黃麴毒素限量標準為15ppb,玄參有1家超過限量標準,不合格率為5%,其餘均在限量標準值以下。第二年擬進行、酸棗仁、知母、栝樓根、蟬蛻、白芍、海螵蛸、薏苡仁、連翹、夜交藤、厚朴、雞血藤、木香、茯苓、枳殼、益母草、蒼耳子、生地黃、防風、砂仁、射干等20種中藥之黃麴毒素污染情形檢測。
計畫成果將二年調查結果歸納分析,以提供中醫藥委員會對未來對中藥材黃麴毒素污染管理之限量標準值參考,落實貫徹用藥安全的目標,以達到全面提昇中藥品質之理想。

Investigation of Aflatoxin Contamination in Traditional Chinese Medicinal Herbs (2-2)

To have a clearer understanding of the overall condition of aflatoxin contamination in traditional Chinese medicinal herbs sold in Taiwan, it is necessary to establish a pollutant standard index for different herbal medicines, as well as investigating on the test specification for each TCM herb. This project is planned to be divided into two years, designed for a thorough research on aflatoxin contamination status of the top 40 herbal medicines used in greatest quantities in the National Health Insurance of Taiwan.
Each year in this two year project, we will collect TCM herb samples from 20 herbal stores in different parts of Taiwan. They will subsequently be analyzed for their aflatoxin contents using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). All together, 40 TCM herbs will be examined in the two years period.
In the first year of this project, 20 TCM herbs had been examined for their aflatoxin contaminants, including: Fritillariae Unibracteatae Bulbus, Salviae Miltiorrhize Radix, Ophiopogonis Radix, Platycodi Radix, Eucommiae Cortex, Scutellariae Radix, Puerariae Radix, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Cyathulae Radix, Armeniacae Amarum Semen, Lonicerae Flos, Cyperi Rhizoma, Houttyniae Herba, Glycyrrhizae Radix, Codonopsis Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Bupleuri Radix, Dipsaci Radix, Taraxaci Herba and Scrophulariae Radix,. In the second year, another 20 TCM herbs will be examined, including: Zinziphi Spinosae Semen, Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, Trichosanthis Radix, Cryptotympana Pustulata, Paeoniae Alba Radix, Sepiae Os, Coicis Semen, Forsythiae Fructus, Polygoni Multiflori Caulis, Magnoliae Cortex, Spatholobi Caulis, Aucklandiae Radix, Poria, Citri Immaturus Fructus, Leonuri Herba, Xanthii Fructus, Rehmanniae Radix, Saposhnikoviae Radix, Amomi Fructus and Belamcandae Rhizoma.
The examined results will be analyzed and integrated nearing the end of the project. The summary report will provide reference for the Committee on Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy when it comes to setting up standard for aflatoxin limits. This project is another step toward drug safety, which will be aimed for an all-rounded enhancement in the quality of traditional Chinese medicine.
