台灣產黃花石斛健康食品之開發(2-2)

在第一年的黃花石斛保健功效評估試驗,其能改善去卵巢小鼠誘發的骨質疏鬆。此作用除了來自quercetin等小分子化合物的作用,黃花石斛所含的不可消化多醣扮演重要角色。體外試驗,已確認此多醣具有益菌生作用及免疫活化效果。基於這些,本計畫將評估黃花石斛不可消化多醣對腸道息肉的形成、先天免疫反應及過敏體質的改善效果。由於黃花石斛及其多醣使用的安全性資料缺乏,本計畫也將評估黃花石斛的基因毒性、大鼠連續90天餵食毒性作用及致畸胎作用。另外也進行黃花石斛多醣28天餵食毒性試驗。這些資料將是黃花石斛研發成健康食品重要的依據。

Health foods development in Dendrobium tosaense of Taiwan (2-2)

The evaluation experiments of Dendrobium tosaenase in the first year found D. tosaenase could improve the syndromes of osteoporosis in ovariectomized mice. Not only quercertin-like small molecules, but also the indigestive polysaccharides of D. tosaenase played the important role. It was demonstrated that the polysaccharides had bioactivities in prebiotic and immune-stimulation in vitro. Base on these experiments, this plan will evaluate the effects of the indigestion polysaccharides of D. tosaenase on the formation of aberrant crypt foci, innate immune and allergies. Because the safety of D. tosaenase and its polysaccharides fraction are empty, this plan designs to evaluation the genotoxicity, the toxicity in rats for 90 days administration, and teratogenesis. In addition, we also examine the toxicity in rats for 28 days administration of polysaccharide fraction. These data will be an important basis for the exploitation of functional food for D. tosaenase
